Maltese Welfare (NSW) is looking forward to reconnecting with the Maltese Community. Our first committee meeting of the year was held on Monday 29th March at the Saint Gorg Preca hall in Greystanes. Plans are ahead to re- start our seminars, covid restrictions permitting.

Nathalie Gatt elected first female president
The Maltese Welfare (NSW) Inc. has elected the first
female president in its 43 years in existence. Nathalie
Gatt, a well-known radio broadcaster from the Central
Coast, was elected president at the group’s AGM held recently
at the La Valette Centre.
Lawrence Dimech, who held that position for the last 20
years, proposed Ms Gatt to replace him.

On Sat 5th Dec our association met together for afternoon tea, at Wentworthville leagues Club (Wenty Cafe). it was a pleasant and relaxing time.

We are hopeful that in 2021 we will be able to resume our work in helping not only the Maltese Community but the Community in general.
